This process is applicable for all excise products (except <strong>CEB01<\/strong><br \/>requests). When required to upload a CSV file,<br \/>the client must:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Click on Upload Data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Click on Choose File.<\/li>\n<li>Select the applicable CSV-file.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Open.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Upload and Submit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Expand the Licensee\/Registrant Details header to verify their registration details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Expand and collapse the following headers to verify their registered addresses as well as their<br \/>contact person\u2019s particulars:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square\">\n<li>Licensee\/Registrant Physical Address.<\/li>\n<li>Licensee\/Registrant Postal Address.<\/li>\n<li>Particulars of Representative Person.<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse must expand all applicable headers and capture all relevant information either by drop-down<br \/>list selection or insertion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"327\" \/><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Select the applicable rebate items via drop-down lists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Click on the \u201c&gt;\u201d arrow to bring up the additional fields in order to capture more rebate items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"304\" \/><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>A screen will appear to confirm that the return has been saved and provide the client prompts to<br \/>continue,<\/li>\n<li>Click the Continue button, to access the return information captured.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-130362\" src=\"https\/\/www.sars.gov.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/JustinCustoms\/pic-24-300x101.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"235\" \/><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Click on the Industry hyperlink to activate the information captured.
